If your order hasn’t shipped after 7 days, your order is a pre-order and may take 3-5 weeks to process.

• Always turn your hoodie inside out before washing to protect the print.

• Wash in cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle and mild detergent.

• Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the print and fabric.

• Do not tumble dry instead, hang or lay flat to air dry. This helps the hoodies fabric’s to prevents shrinking.
  

oddraiment is not responsible for packages lost or delayed once they have been shipped.

however, if you receive an item that does not match the size you ordered or is a small size issue, please contact me on ig @oddraiment and I will be happy to assist you.
